Process
From first contact to follow-up
First contact
Your concern and expectations are discussed. A first orientation can be given by e-mail, WhatsApp or the contact form; any decision follows an in-person examination.
Examination and planning
The nose is assessed both externally and endoscopically, and the airway is examined separately. Photographs are used to discuss the plan together.
Surgery or treatment
The procedure is scheduled after the anaesthetic assessment and the necessary tests. Its scope and the technique are agreed beforehand.
Follow-up
After the splint and sutures are removed, follow-up visits are spread over several months. Healing is gradual and the result settles over time.

How do I get a preliminary opinion from abroad?
Send a few photographs (front, both profiles and from below for the nose) and a short description of your concern by e-mail or WhatsApp. A preliminary opinion is given on that basis; it is not a diagnosis, and the final plan is made at the in-person consultation.
What happens at the first consultation?
Your concern and expectations are discussed; the nose is examined externally and endoscopically, and the airway is checked separately. For aesthetic procedures, photographs are taken and the possible plan is discussed. The decision is made together at the end of the consultation.
Do I have to decide on surgery the same day?
No. You can take time after the consultation and send further questions later. The operation date is set once the required tests and the anaesthetic assessment are complete.
Where are the operations performed?
Operations take place in the operating theatre of a partner hospital, with an anaesthetist present. Non-surgical treatments such as Botox and fillers are carried out at the practice.
How long do I need to stay in Izmir?
It depends on the procedure: about a week for rhinoplasty, 4–6 days for septoplasty, 3–4 days for bichectomy, and no downtime for Botox or fillers. The typical stay is listed on each treatment page and confirmed with you in advance.
When can I fly home after surgery?
Usually after the splint or sutures have been removed and the risk of bleeding has settled — around day 5–7 for rhinoplasty, earlier for smaller procedures. Later follow-up is done with photographs.
